Kara Dibble, MSW, LCSW

Kara Dibble, LICSW received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and has since been practicing as a Clinical Social Worker in Vermont, New Hampshire, and New Jersey.
Kara has experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including children and families, presenting with a need for support in areas including anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, and navigating various life transitions. Kara takes a non-judgmental, biopsychosocial approach with each person to address all components that could be leading to discomfort, dysfunction, or need for additional support. Through a client-centered, relationship-based, and trauma-informed perspective, Kara will meet each person where they are at in their healing, and work towards empowerment and collaboration with individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting.
Kara’s specialized training includes EMDR, Sand Play Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Kara’s personal interests are cooking, the ocean, snowboarding, and practicing yoga.
