I understand that life can be messy and out of balance and sometimes the right path is not the easiest one. For the past decade I have had the privilege of helping individuals work through some of life’s most difficult challenges and create the life that they want and deserve. I believe that the foundation of a successful therapeutic experience is a trusting relationship in which the person feels seen, understood, and validated. My style of therapy is compassionate and collaborative, person centered, strength based, and client growth focused, fostering hope and fresh insights. My intention is to hold the belief that change and choice are always possible and your story and your life is yours to reclaim.
